Silver Leaf is not your typical care home or assisted living. We offer personalized and high needs care, with oversight from our own Registered Nurse, in a comfortable and home-like environment. We welcome people with feeding tubes, catheters, or those who require a hoyer lift.
Silver Leaf’s Registered Nurse provides detailed training for our caregivers, guiding them on each resident’s unique condition and needs. Residents have access to physical therapy, our in-house doctor, pharmacy provider, and more. Some of the mobile services offered are X-rays, labs, bloodwork, and dialysis. These medical services available right at each Silver Leaf location help decrease the amount of trips to doctor's offices and other inconvenient errands.
Some of our properties also have the safety measures required for residents in need of memory care, including extra locks, door/key codes, and even GPS-tracking capabilities in each resident’s necklace pendant.
